1 bag Setton Farms Organic Pistachios
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp of Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
16 Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios
1) Remove the shells of the organic pistachios.
2) Place organic pistachios and raw pistachios in a food processor and pulse until very fine.
3) Place pistachios in a large bowl, add sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Using your hands knead the mixture until you get a soft dough. This may take a couple of minutes.
4) Take 1 tablespoon of dough at a time and form ball. With you thump create an indentation in the middle of each ball and push in a dark chocolate pistachio.
