Herbed Pistachio Salmon

⅓ cup Setton Farms Dry Roasted w/ Sea Salt Pistachio Kernels
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup fresh dill, chopped
3 cloves garlic, shopped
Juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp each salt and black pepper
2 salmon fillets + salt, pepper to season
1) Combine pistachios, olive oil, herbs, garlic, lemon, and seasonings together until combined. Set aside.
2) Season salmon fillets with salt + black pepper. Sear both sides for 3-4 minutes on medium high heat.
3) Serve herbed pistachios on top of salmon.
