Ingredients
For the salad:
Cantaloupe
Mango
Red apple
Red plum
Green grapes
Avocado
Balsamic glaze
For the dressing:
½ cup Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
2 tbsp. Setton Farms Pistachio Oil
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. dijon mustard
½ lime
Salt + pepper
Method
1) Slice/chop all the fruits and plate them.
2) In a food processor or blender, combine the pistachios, pistachio oil, honey, mustard, lime, and salt + pepper. Pulse until just combined (it should be thick!)
3) Place on top of the fruits and then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
