Watermelon Feta Pistachio Salad

Recipe by:


1/2 small seedless watermelon

1/2 cup Setton Farms Chili & Lime with Tajin Seasoned Pistachio Kernels

3 cucumbers chopped

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil


1) Place the watermelon cut side down on a cutting board. Run a knife from the top to the bottom in strips to cut the rind off.

2) Cut the watermelon into 1-inch thick squares.

3) Layer all of the ingredients into a large salad bowl starting with the watermelon, pistachios, feta, lime juice and olive oil.

Mix and Enjoy!
