Pistachio Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, cubed⁣
⁣6 oz chocolate, melted⁣
⁣2 eggs⁣
⁣2 egg yolks⁣
⁣1 tbsp flour⁣
⁣½ cup Setton Farms Dry Roasted with Sea Salt Organic Pistachios, shelled & blended⁣
⁣½ cup Setton Farms Dry Roasted with Sea Salt Organic Pistachios, shelled & chopped⁣
⁣Sea salt for topping⁣

Directions

⁣1) Preheat oven to 450°F.⁣
⁣2) Lightly grease four ramekins with oil or butter and set aside.⁣
⁣3) Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Once fully melted, mix in the cubed butter until smooth.⁣
⁣4) Add eggs and egg yolks to the chocolate mixture, whisking until thoroughly combined.⁣
⁣5) Stir in the blended pistachios and flour, mixing until smooth.⁣
⁣6) Evenly divide the batter into the prepared ramekins.⁣
⁣7) Bake for 10-15 minutes: 10 minutes for a gooey lava center and 15 minutes for a firmer texture.⁣
⁣8) Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and a pinch of sea salt. Let sit for 1-2 minutes before serving warm.⁣
