Dark Chocolate Pistachio Granola

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
1 bag Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
3 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup egg whites
⅓ cup dried figs
½ cup dried banana chips
1 bag Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios with Sea Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips


Directions
1) Mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, 1 bag Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels, maple syrup and egg whites.
2) Bake at 330 F for 20 minutes, mixing at each 10 minute interval, until crispy.
3) Let cool.
4) Add in dried figs (optional: chopped), banana chips and 1 bag Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios with Sea Salt and mix well.
5) Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
6) Bake at 350°F (175°C) for ~12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
7) Cool slightly before serving.
