Pistachio Cream Cheese Frosting

May I Have That Recipe

Recipe by:


1 - 8 ounce block of cream cheese, at room temperature
1- 5 ounce pack of Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
1 /2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
8 Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios
Store-bought medium or mini chocolate muffins


1) Place all cream cheese, raw pistachio kernels, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
2) Process until smooth and creamy
3) Place frosting in a piping bag. Pipe the icing on top of each chocolate muffin and place a dark chocolate pistachio on top of the icing on each muffin.
