Pistachio Trail Mix
Yields Approximately 4 Servings
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1/3 cup dried apricots
- 1/3 cup dried apples
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cereal puffs
For those who are looking to cure their sweet-tooth, add 1/3 cup of dark chocolate pieces for an antioxidant-filled trail mix!
- Mix the pistachios, dried apricots, dried apples, dried cherries, raisins, cereal puffs and, if you choose, dark chocolate into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir ingredients so they are evenly distributed.
- Equally divide into plastic bags for easy distribution.
