Setton’s QA Department is led by a 30-year veteran in food production quality assurance and his team is responsible for keeping the facility in strict compliance with local, state and federal regulations, as well as maintaining our excellent sanitation record, conducting GMP audits, HACCP certification, third-party auditor accreditations and kosher status. We also operate a USDA-certified laboratory to ensure we succeed in each of our quality goals.
